Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $40.95 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, collaboration areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, or facility issues. Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, verifying credentials and directing guests in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel. Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic workplace environment. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
