Department: PHLS Salary: Commensurate with experience The Department of Psychological, Health, and Learning Sciencesin the College of Education at the University of Houston offers an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited Ph.D. program in Counseling Psychology. The program has occasional openings for temporary, part-time lecturers. These appointments are made on a semester basis but may be renewed as needed.
