Lead Data Center & AI Infra Counsel (Hybrid)

Crux AI, a U.S.-based integrated AI infrastructure company, is seeking a senior in-house Counsel to lead the legal strategy for its data center fleet. You will own site transactions from LOI through energization, manage contracts (EPC, BTS, ground leases, power interconnection), and build a small in-house team. The role reports to General Counsel and interfaces with Finance, Energy, and Corporate teams.
