How to Thrive in this Role You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; You have more than 15 years of relevant experience; You possess deep knowledge in Loads; You have extensive knowledge in aircraft design (Flight Mechanics, Control Laws, Stress, Structures, Mass Properties, Control Systems, and Certification Rules); You have experience managing teams; You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others; You are a team player and promote a collaborative approach to achieving company objectives; You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal; You have strong organizational skills; You perform well under pressure; You are eligible to obtain authorization to work on U.S. defense-related controlled programs (ITAR clearance).
