A local company with a residence in Bingham Farms, MI area is currently seeking several Full Time Nannies for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Full Time Nannies/Babysitters looking for a company that offers excellent growth, and competitive rates.

Full Time Nanny rates are anticipated to be $60,000 to $70,000 salaried based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Hours are approximately 45 to 50 hours per week with excellent work life balance and flexibility. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, PTO, paid holidays, annual bonuses, and 401k.

Qualified Full Time Nannies will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of recent experience in Full Time Nannying, Babysitting, and Residential Housekeeping
• 2+ years of recent/relevant experience in Personal Assistance / Family Assistance
• Certified in Infant CPR and experienced with young children, toddler, and infant care is required
• Flexible schedule, self-directed initiative, and proactivity in assisting family needs is a strong qualifier
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background verification, drug screen, references, etc.
