Cardiac Electrophysiologist

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join their well-established Cardiology department in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will collaborate with a team of Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and General Cardiologists, supported by Advanced Practice Clinicians and cardiovascular fellows and residents. Practice Info High-volume electrophysiology service with access to advanced EP labs, comprehensive cardiac care, and an integrated team of specialists Clinic is adjacent to a Trauma Level II - 500 bed hospital Carto and Abbott mapping systems 2 EP labs & 2 Cath labs In-department ECHO and EKGs Available technologies: Radiofrequency, Cryoablation, pulsed field ablation, laser extraction In-department Pacemaker/Device clinic Full spectrum high acuity cardiac care team CV surgery onsite for additional support Large primary care referral base Responsibilities Provide high-volume electrophysiology service Work closely with cardiovascular fellows and residents with opportunities for teaching and mentorship Develop and conduct your own research program Compensation Compensation floor of $850,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs A $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details) Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance 401K plan Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance CME allowance Allowed time away Malpractice insurance and tail coverage Relocation allowance May qualify you for additional state and/or federal education loan forgiveness programs Qualifications BC/BE fellowship-trained Cardiac Electrophysiologist H1B or J1 visas accepted A $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
