Job Opportunity: PRN Ultrasound Technologist

Our organization is looking for a PRN Ultrasound Technologist to conduct high-quality diagnostic examinations in both general and vascular ultrasound (RVT) for a wide range of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and educate patients prior to procedures.
• Adhere to physician protocols during examinations.
• Optimize imaging quality for accurate diagnostics.
• Document findings in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure timely and precise studies that enhance patient care.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards while delivering compassionate, faith-based service.
• Adapt to various shifts as required by departmental needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification in ultrasound technology.
• Experience in performing general and vascular ultrasound exams.
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
