We are a dynamic and fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm committed to securing justice for our clients. We are seeking a full-time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to support our attorneys through all phases of litigation.

The Paralegal strategically supports attorneys by assisting with the gathering, analysis, and organization of case information; drafting legal pleadings, discovery summaries and responses, motions, and other litigation documents. This role plays a critical part in advancing cases from intake through resolution and trial.

Core Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents including, but not limited to:
• • Discovery motions
  • Motions for summary judgment
  • Appellate briefs
  • Affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence
• Investigate factual information to respond to litigation discovery requests and other inquiries
• Perform legal research and analysis using both manual and electronic resources
• Compile, analyze, and summarize medical records, bills, expert materials, and case evidence
• Assist with Spanish translation and dictation as needed
• Manage and maintain case files in both electronic and physical formats
• Perform factual and technical investigation and analysis of case issues
• Assist in all phases of case preparation, including discovery, mediation, and trial
• Prepare and organize trial materials, including:
• • Jury instructions
  • Trial binders
  • Exhibits and witness materials
• Coordinate with outside counsel when applicable and assist with litigation budgeting support
• Monitor project status, deadlines, and litigation milestones
• Provide general logistical and administrative support to attorneys and litigation staff
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications: 

• Paralegal certification or earned designation required
• Experience in personal injury litigation (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Professional communication and writing skills

Compensation & Benefits:

$26.00 - $45.00 per hour , commensurate with experience.

Experience:

• Personal injury law: 2 years (Required)

Work Location & Schedule : 

• In-Person, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Ability to Commute to Beverly Hills, CA 90212 ( Required )
