Senior GRC Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to support their Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance team. This individual will serve as a key contributor across the cybersecurity program, partnering with leaders throughout IT and the business to maintain, improve, and mature cybersecurity governance processes. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior-level cybersecurity governance professional who can quickly ramp up, operate independently, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Review, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation Partner with cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to document, evaluate, and improve cybersecurity processes Facilitate meetings and work sessions with stakeholders across corporate and property-level IT teams Manage governance-related workstreams, ensuring action items, risks, issues, and remediation efforts are tracked through completion Support cybersecurity governance initiatives focused on process optimization, compliance, and operational maturity Build and maintain governance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership Support security awareness activities, including phishing program administration, reporting, and process improvements Recommend and implement workflow enhancements and automation opportunities across governance functions Collaborate across multiple cybersecurity disciplines including infrastructure security, IAM, risk management, compliance, and security operations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
