Lead Systems Maintenance Specialist Sparwood

Drive maintenance systems effectively as a Lead Systems Maintenance Specialist at a leading mining organization, focusing on SAP S4/HANA for maintenance lifecycles. Work collaboratively across trades and operations for optimal resource management. In this role, report to the Superintendent or Senior Lead Maintenance while coordinating a substantial volume of maintenance work requests. You'll screen and prioritize requests, ensuring that safety and accuracy are evident throughout the entire maintenance process. Your contributions will enhance communication channels and facilitate effective responses to maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities: Administer all incoming maintenance work requests within S4/HANA. Lead daily coordination meetings with maintenance teams. Ensure traceability and communication of safety regulations. Approve necessary materials for maintenance activities. Review completed work orders for accuracy and compliance. Requirements: Journeyperson’s ticket or related Engineering degree. 7 years of maintenance planning experience required. Expertise in computerized maintenance management systems. Class 5 Driver’s License is necessary. Robust understanding of equipment and safety procedures.
