About The Agent

I have been a State Farm Agent since 1989. I'm a graduate of the University of Florida. I reside in Palm Harbor and am actively involved in the community, supporting local schools, the East Lake Fire Rescue, the YMCA and other organizations. I'm also an animal lover - when you come into the office, you can meet my puppy and office mascot, Brady.

Role Description

Lizette Cochran - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
