New Business Development or Hunter Individual Contributor role The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience (at least 5 in large outsourcing situations) as a Hunter in the chosen market. He/ She should possess demonstrable experience in identifying and closing complex, multi-million dollar technology outsourcing contracts. He/she should be capable of selling at a C-level and developing sponsorship to drive deal closure. The Business Development Executive develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the business development process, along with demonstrating strong financial, business, and industry insights and consultative selling skills that can be applied to opportunities across the business unit. Identify, prospect, and engage new potential customers (manufacturers, industrial plants, OEMs) who can benefit from Digital Twin + AI solutions. Generate and qualify a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outreach, networking, industry events, and research. Conduct discovery calls to understand manufacturing challenges (production optimization, predictive maintenance, process simulation, quality control, etc.) and position Digital Twin/AI offerings. Build relationships with key decision-makers (Plant Heads, CTO/CIO, Operations Directors, Digital Transformation leads). Drive the sales cycle from first contact to closed deal: demos, proof-of-concepts, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to tailor solutions and handle complex enterprise sales. Achieve and exceed new-logo revenue targets while expanding market presence in the Digital Twin for Manufacturing domain. Gather market feedback and competitor insights to refine go-to-market strategy. Proven experience as a Sales Hunter (new business acquisition) in industrial tech, manufacturing software, Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML, simulation, or related B2B enterprise sales. Strong understanding of Digital Twins,, AI applications in manufacturing, and industrial pain points (OEE, downtime, process optimization, sustainability). Understanding of Design & Process simulation tools (Siemens/Dassault/PTC) Excellent prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-building skills. Ability to sell complex, high-value technical solutions with long sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level and technical stakeholders. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth or startup-like environment. Preferable: Existing network in manufacturing / industrial sectors and familiarity with sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with MBA or Master's in the technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. English: Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to develop compelling proposals and business plans Readiness to travel of over 50% or more.
