From day one through every stage of your career, we invest in your growth with continuing education and leadership development.Employment type:Full timeWhat you'll be working on:Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresSupervising one or more NP or PA colleaguesEducation, licenses, and experiences required for this role:Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency programMust presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board ExamState licensed in Maryland, obtained before your One Medical start dateOne Medical providers also demonstrate:A passion for human-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsThis is a full-time role based in one of our Maryland offices . During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The base salary range for this role is $253,200 to $284,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
