Senior Financial ERP Business Analyst

Salary: $124,800 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 7 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting supporting ERP financial systems.
• We are looking for hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Workday Financial Management.
• You should have contributed to a full ERP financial lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering through go-live.
• We need strong functional knowledge in one or more of these areas: Purchase-to-Pay (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable), General Ledger, Budgeting, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Projects & Grants, or Asset Management.
• Preferred experience includes PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformation work.
• Preferred background includes state government financial operations such as Fund Accounting, Grants, Appropriations, Budget Control, and Commitment Control.
• A working understanding of SQL for data validation and reconciliation is preferred.
• Public sector or state government ERP implementation experience is preferred.
• Only candidates not requiring sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.

• We analyze current-state business processes and define future-state ERP solutions.
• We lead functional workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders.
• We develop business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and business rules.
• We perform gap analysis on business processes and recommend standardized future-state practices.
• We support ERP design workshops with the Solution Integrator by providing functional expertise.
• We carry out data analysis, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and migration support.
• We support functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• We validate ERP configuration against approved business requirements and functional design.
• We support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
