Responsibilities Verify accuracy and document analysis of customer communications. Gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback. Communicate confidently and effectively to audiences at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Apply strong critical‑thinking and negotiation skills. Use analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed phone calls and reports. Familiarize yourself with tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality assurance. Organize and solve problems with great attention to detail. Develop, drive, and communicate with peers on tasks and goals. Perform other related duties as assigned. Enjoy challenges of unfamiliar tasks and seek improvement for failures and successes in projects. Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet expectations.
