Registered Nurse Educator

Providing expert guidance on clinical judgment exams, the full-time remote Nurse Educator will engage in pre-sales activities, assist nursing programs with exam strategies, and support institutions in implementing benchmark assessments for NCLEX preparation. Key Responsibilities: Deliver demonstrations of ExamSoft clinical judgment exams as part of pre-sales efforts Advise nursing programs on effective strategies for pre-test examinations and NCLEX preparation Support newly adopted institutions in the delivery of clinical judgment examinations Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted RN license Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) 5+ years of clinical nursing experience Experience teaching in an undergraduate or graduate nursing program Familiarity with NGN item types and clinical judgment frameworks
