Position Overview

Greko Printing & Marketing is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative or Manufacturing Sales Rep to help expand our presence in the commercial printing and marketing industry. This is a commission-only 1099 contract position , ideal for someone with existing business connections, experience in B2B sales, or an entrepreneurial drive to grow their own book of business.

As an Independent Sales Rep, you’ll promote Greko’s full range of printing, signage, and marketing services — from direct mail and book printing to vehicle wraps and trade show materials. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, build relationships with local businesses, and earn competitive commissions on every sale you close.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calls, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with Greko’s in-house production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new opportunities within your assigned territory or industry niche.
• Track leads, quotes, and orders to ensure smooth communication between customers and Greko staff.
• Represent the Greko brand professionally at all times in local communities and business events.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales , preferably in printing, signage, packaging, or marketing services .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Basic computer literacy with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Compensation: Commission-only (percentage of gross sales revenue)
• Schedule: Flexible / self-managed
• Location: Plymouth, MI or surrounding areas
• Support: Marketing materials, estimating, and production support provided by Greko
