Warehouse Manager - Key Account

Warehouse Manager – Key Account is responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations and logistics supporting major national retail customers, ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of key account orders and inventory requirements; promotes and implements the company’s core values and excellence in customer service; responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers while ensuring key account expectations and operational needs are consistently met.

Duties and responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key account customers by providing support, information, and guidance and ensuring customer needs are effectively addressed.
• Oversees order fulfillment for key account customers.
• Coordinates warehouse activities to ensure key account orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborates with external sales representatives and internal sales management to support key account business needs.
• Monitors warehouse operations and works to ensure merchandise is received, stored, processed, and shipped in accordance with customer requirements.
• Utilizes computing skills and knowledge base to work with multiple computer systems and business platforms.
• Demonstrates a commitment to C&F Enterprises, Inc. core values.
