Director of Nursing (DON) - Senior Living

As the Director of Nursing , you won't just run a department. You will be the heartbeat of the community…inspiring your team, connecting deeply with families, and creating meaningful, joyful moments every single day.
What You'll Achieve- Elevate Care Delivery: Oversee care management, medication administration, risk management, and QA with an unwavering commitment to regulatory excellence.
- Empower & Mentor: Supervise, motivate, and champion a dedicated nursing and care staff, building a supportive team that feels like family.
- Foster Deep Connections: Serve as the trusted clinical advocate and partner for residents and their families.
- The Credentials: A valid RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of Virginia.
- The Track Record: Ideally, 3+ years of management experience within an assisted living or memory care environment.
- The Specialization: A strong background or comfort level in dementia and memory care is highly preferred.
- The Energy: A compassionate, high-energy leadership style that leads by example and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
