• Elevate Care Delivery: Oversee care management, medication administration, risk management, and QA with an unwavering commitment to regulatory excellence.

• The Credentials: A valid RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of Virginia.
• The Track Record: Ideally, 3+ years of management experience within an assisted living or memory care environment.
• The Specialization: A strong background or comfort level in dementia and memory care is highly preferred.
• The Energy: A compassionate, high-energy leadership style that leads by example and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
