Position Summary We are seeking a faculty‑level Radiation Oncology Physicist in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Cedars‑Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The candidate will contribute to our growing academic and research efforts while supporting a high‑quality clinical program. Responsibilities Educate residents and students in radiation oncology physics. Provide clinical physics support and quality assurance for all treatment modalities. Participate in academic and translational research, including novel clinical trials and implementation of advanced treatment techniques. Engage in peer review, continuing education, interdisciplinary lectures, and collegial collaboration. Qualifications PhD or MS in Medical Physics, Physics, Engineering or related field. Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or the Canadian College of Physicists in Medicine (CCPM) in Radiation Oncology Physics. Clinical training and experience in a variety of radiation oncology techniques. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Research background and experience is beneficial. Eligibility for appointment to the appropriate academic rank in the Cedars‑Sinai Medical Center Professorial Series. Compensation Competitive total compensation including pay, benefits, and incentive programs. Base pay range: $226,595 – $325,354.
