Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
Pay Range: $16.34 - $21.00 per hour

About the Role:
As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and issuing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse and production activities. This position offers the chance to gain valuable experience within a dynamic environment committed to safety, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, MOVE, and issue materials used in production.

• Perform dock-to-stock activities, material requisitions, floor returns, transfers, kit handling, manual pulls, and transactions involving highly marketable parts.

• Accurately process inventory transactions using scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.

• Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Support warehouse and manufacturing operations to ensure continuous workflow.

• Adhere to all safety policies and keep the work environment clean and organized.

• Assist with additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory environment preferred.

• Experience with barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems is a plus.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
