Northern Star Solutions is seeking motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our growing team as In-Market Roofing Sales Representatives.
This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you’ll take ownership of the customer journey — from prospecting homeowners and conducting inspections to closing deals and managing customer relationships throughout the roofing process.

What You’ll Do
Prospect homeowners within assigned territories and generate new business opportunities
Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage or roofing needs
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, restoration services, and insurance claim processes
Build strong customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-up
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contracts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project communication and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
What You’re Selling
You’ll be representing premium residential roofing and exterior restoration services, including:
Roof replacements and repairs
Storm damage restoration
Insurance claim assistance
Exterior home improvement solutions
