Entrepreneurial Ventures Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Entrepreneurial Ventures practice in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sophisticated corporate experience with a focus on venture capital and emerging company representation. Duties Draft customary investment agreements, including NVCA forms. Manage multi-disciplinary due diligence across various industries. Prepare governance-related board materials for related transactions. Oversee cap table management, including convertible securities. Requirements 3-5 years of corporate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Experience with venture capital and emerging company representation. Strong writing and analytical skills. Education: Excellent academic credentials required. Certifications: Bar admission in the state of Texas preferred. Skills: Proficiency in drafting investment agreements.
