Maintenance Specialist (Part time 40 hours/Williamsburg)

In this position you will be responsible for the following: Will provide buildings and grounds maintenance for facilities, including maintaining equipment. Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment, building and grounds maintenance. Requires basic electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing knowledge, to include irrigation systems. Ability to paint and perform minor dry wall repairs. Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety. Ability to supervise clients. Generally, SCVRD salary offers for new hires fall between the employment rate and the midpoint of the pay band. Therefore, this has been listed as the hiring range.
