Kindness – Growth Mindset – Technical Excellence – Safety – Predictable Success – Customer Heroes Position Summary: Guardian's Central Station is seeking an Alarm Dispatcher at our Yakima location. The role involves processing over-the-phone requests, dispatching for various alarm events, and accurately evaluating alarm signals. Pay: $22 per hour Schedule: 5 shifts, 8 hours each Floating schedule across the 24/7 operations Weekends and holidays required Work Location: In person at our Yakima location ( 408 S. 2nd Street Yakima, WA 98901) The station is a 24/7, 365 day operation with on-site attendance required. Core Duties: Processing over-the-phone requests Dispatching on Fire, Security, Medical, and Life/Safety alarm events Comprehend and evaluate alarm signal events quickly and accurately Review account signal traffic history accurately and quickly Relay account/signal information in a complete and informationally dense manner This list is not exhaustive.
