General Manager/Vice President for a leading provider of traffic signal, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), roadway technology, and transportation infrastructure solutions based near Worcester, MA.

Role can be based remotely in the Northeast region (CT, RI, MS, NY).

responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, operations, service delivery, project management, business development, and team leadership

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction Northeast region

• Responsible for scaling the business, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening reputation as a trusted provider of traffic signal solutions

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer retention.

• Support strategic customer relationships throughout the region

• Participate in strategic planning, acquisition integration, organizational development, and business transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, general management, business leadership, or executive management roles

• Experience within transportation infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic signal systems, roadway technology

• Experience working with DOTs, municipalities, transportation agencies, contractors, or public-sector infrastructure projects
