Juba Pizza Bar is a casual restaurant with a great vibe and friendly ambiance, located in Bonham, TX. We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our team. This position pays a base of $2.50/hr. plus tips! Amazing Tips!

Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with others, make excellent drinks and create a great atmosphere to keep the customers happy and satisfied. With this position, we require someone who is punctual, and can be flexible to work weekdays and weekends during day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
