COTA Inpatient/Med Surg

We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an inpatient and medical-surgical setting. This role involves working in acute care, with occasional responsibilities in inpatient rehabilitation. The position requires flexibility to cover some weekends and holiday shifts as needed.

Shift Information

Days: Monday to Friday with some weekends required

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
General Certifications: BLS/BCLS
Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA

Responsibilities

As a COTA, you will be responsible for assisting patients in their rehabilitation efforts, implementing treatment plans, and providing support to occupational therapists. Flexibility to cover additional shifts and holidays is necessary to meet patient care needs.

Holiday Coverage

This position requires availability for holiday coverage as part of the scheduling requirements.
