Orthopedic Surgeon – Adult Reconstructive Erie, PAA full-time opportunity is available for an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Adult Reconstructive procedures. This position offers the chance to practice within a high-volume surgical program supported by a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice providers and a well-established trauma service. The role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within a Level II Trauma Center environment, along with access to modern facilities and technology.Shift / Schedule:Full-time positionCall schedule: 1:5 rotation, including trauma callResponsibilities:Perform a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures with a focus on adult reconstruction and joint replacementProvide comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settingsParticipate in trauma call coverage as part of a rotating scheduleCollaborate with advanced practice providers in a 1:1 care modelUtilize dedicated operating room block time for surgical casesEngage with an established referral network to support patient volumeMaintain accurate documentation using EMR systemsContribute to a high-quality, patient-centered care environmentWork alongside a multidisciplinary team including orthopedic trauma specialists and support staffRequirements:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency ProgramFellowship training in Adult Reconstruction (preferred, not required)Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic SurgeryAbility to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licenseDEA certificationOpen to both experienced surgeons and recent fellowship-trained candidates
