We are building our EM Team at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center in Washington, DC, with a start date of September 1, 2026. We have Medical Director, Full-time, Part-time, and PRN MD/DO and APP positions available.

- Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 6 APPs at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center.
- Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner.
- Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center is a 136-bed hospital in Southeast Washington, D.C. The Emergency Department has 32 beds dedicated to the Adult ER, with Children's National Hospital staffing the pediatric emergency department.
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Emergency Nurse Practitioner.
- Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- 40 hours of Physician coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage daily.
- The monthly workload for full-time positions is 120 hours, while part-time entails 80 hours per month.
- The EM team responds to floor codes.
- The Hospitalist team is part of the Rapid Response and Code team.
- Cerner is our EMR.
- This position is based in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, one of the nation's most dynamic and diverse regions. The DC area offers a unique blend of government, healthcare, academic, and private-sector innovation, with easy access to leading institutions and decision-makers.

- Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center opened in April 2025 and replaced United Medical Center. It is located on the campus of St. Elizabeth's Hospital near the Congress Heights neighborhood of Ward 8. The $434 million hospital started construction in 2022, funded by the District of Columbia government.
