Youth Case Manager Floater — Crisis & Life Skills
Center for Family Services
Center for Family Services is hiring a Case Manager for the Juntos Program in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The role involves providing counseling to high-risk youth and families, performing case management, and delivering individualized life skills instruction.
