Youth Case Manager Floater — Crisis & Life Skills
Center for Family Services
Center for Family Services is hiring a Case Manager for the Juntos Program in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The role involves providing counseling to high-risk youth and families, performing case management, and delivering individualized life skills instruction. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent certification, with 3-5 years of experience working with youth. A strong command of English and conversational Spanish is preferred.
