Job Details Location: Gilbert, AZ Schedule: Night shifts, 12‑hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 hours per week Shift type: 12‑hour night shift Employment type: Travel Qualifications Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Professional certification related to neonatal care (Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification) is desirable. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently. Must possess physical agility and reaction time to respond quickly to neonatal care needs. May be required to lift up to 75 pounds and use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Effective communication skills are essential for accurate documentation and team collaboration.
