A Day in the Life You’ll wear many hats at Via 313, but your primary responsibility as a Back of House Team Member is to deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing and executing high-quality, mouth-watering dishes. You’ll be responsible for prepping ingredients, cooking menu items, and working alongside your team to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for any task. Expect a fast-paced environment where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail are key to success.
