Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a driven and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become an integral part of our dedicated imaging team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety by clearly explaining the examination process and ensuring a supportive environment
• Work in conjunction with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imagery
• Maintain imaging equipment by performing regular checks and reporting any issues
• Document examinations accurately and uphold patient records in our electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound technology and emerging best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent is required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
