EngineEars is the operating system of the music industry. A global SaaS platform connecting recording artists with world-class recording studios, industry-leading audio engineers and access to unlimited music distribution to over 350 stores & streaming platforms, democratizing access to the tools, workflows and services needed for artists to create, sell, and distribute their music catalog.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: from ICP warm leads to closing new artist and studio accounts.
- Manage a high volume of warm leads from our internal demand engine.
- Partner with our marketing and success teams to optimize conversion and retention.
- Evangelize the EngineEars mission: supporting creators building sustainable careers.
Who You Are
- Past experience in SaaS or music-tech sales (or similar creator-facing roles).
- Excellent communicator with deep empathy for independent artists and musicians.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-starter who thrives on hitting ambitious goals.
