Key Duties As a Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead the planning team for a Skunk Works program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serve as a trusted advisor, and model planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools. Must be a US Citizen. Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. Occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities may be required. Professional Experience: Level 4 employee typically has 9-15 years of experience. Basic Qualifications U.S. Citizen Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance 5+ years of professional experience in program planning or scheduling Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Proficient with scheduling tools such as Deltek Open Plan, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities Experience developing/maintaining Network Schedules or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration Demonstrated team building skills Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills Bachelor's degree Desired Skills Active TS/SCI Security Clearance Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner Proposal experience Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience Aerospace experience Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Work Information Work Location: Onsite Full‑time at Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Remote Option: Not provided; work is onsite. Salary Annual base salary range varies by state: $95,000-167,440 in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. In major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, New York the range is $109,200-189,290.
