We’re seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites. This role is about more than just managing schedules — it’s about building high-quality spaces that clients can be proud of and that the public can use safely and confidently.

You’ll be the point person ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding craftsmanship .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for multiple commercial construction projects

• Manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion

• Coordinate and hold subcontractors accountable for performance, safety, and quality standards

• Optimize schedules to accelerate progress without sacrificing quality

• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets or exceeds specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

• Communicate regularly with the project manager, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly and effectively

• Ensure projects are delivered within budget parameters

• Projects completed on or ahead of schedule without compromising quality

• Projects delivered within budget and meeting contractual requirements

• High client satisfaction — job sites turned over clean and ready for immediate use

• Smooth coordination among all trades and project stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Traits

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction supervision (multi-trade coordination experience preferred)
