Barista

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other caf favorites

Provide friendly, welcoming customer service to students, faculty, and guests

Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked caf environment

Assist with light food preparation, grab-and-go items, and display setup

Restock supplies, beverages, and merchandise throughout the day

Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards at all times

Work as part of a team in a fast-paced campus caf setting

Help create a positive and energetic atmosphere for the campus community

Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7 A.M.- 2 P.M.

Pay Type: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Taking orders, accepting payments and serving menu items

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members

Adhere to SAGE's recipes and allergy prevention policies

Set up, clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations

Balance bank by counting drawer at the beginning and end of shift

Experience in food and beverage preparation and customer service preferred

Ability to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience as a barista preferred

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately
