ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Establish meaningful connections with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.
Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
Account Management: Maintain and grow customer accounts through proactive communication and personalized service.
Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from customers to enhance our services and improve customer experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction levels.
