Production Associate / Manufacturing Team Member

• Perform production, packaging, assembly, or material-handling tasks according to established procedures.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation requirements, and workplace safety procedures throughout each shift.

• Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Operate production equipment and tools as trained and authorized.

• Prepare, label, package, and move finished products according to production specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area to support GMP compliance.

• Complete production documentation accurately and report quality or equipment concerns to supervisors.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.

Required:

• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and detailed work instructions.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Preferred:

• Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food/nutraceutical manufacturing experience.

• Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated production environment.

• Experience with quality inspections, packaging, labeling, or production equipment.

• Flexibility to work available shifts as business needs require.
