Maintenance and Groundskeeper (Paulson Park I) Mountain View, California Property Name: Paulson Park I Under the supervision of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property. Responsibilities Assist with move-ins, move-outs, annual inspections, and preparing vacant units for re-occupancy Perform light maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs (e.g., glass, tile, locks) Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Clean common areas including laundry rooms, restrooms, offices, and hallways Maintain outdoor areas: pick up ground debris daily, sweep sidewalks and parking lots, trim shrubs, and remove weeds Monitor and report grounds conditions, complete routine groundskeeping logs, and ensure exterior areas are safe and presentable Participate in emergency standby schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) Comply with safety policies and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
