ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician for Child with Autism

We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a young child with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.
If you are passionate about making a positive difference in a child’s life and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community setting
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data and record session notes accurately
- Support the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents
- Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills
- Must pass a background check
Friday from 12pm
Saturday from 10am
Sunday 9am to 2:30 pm 20 hours weekly compensation rate $20 an hour. Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma
