What You'll Do
-Prospect and develop new business opportunities
-Expand relationships with existing customers
-Conduct face-to-face meetings with contractors, builders, property managers,
and decision-makers
-Identify customer challenges and provide profitable solutions
-Grow market share throughout the Bismarck/Mandan area and beyond
-Consistently execute sales activities that drive long-term revenue growth

What We're Looking For
-Strong work ethic and self-motivation

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Proven sales experience preferred
-Plumbing is a plus, but not required
-Clean driving record
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation
Starting compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with a transition to a
commission-focused structure after required sales metrics are achieved.
