About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its technology strategy and digital transformation. This executive leadership role is pivotal, as the CIO will not only inherit a robust, cloud-first technology environment but also be tasked with leveraging technology, data, automation, AI, and cybersecurity to enhance the organization's operations, decision-making, and growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, serving as both a technology leader and business strategist, and will be expected to build strong relationships, create credibility, and lead a high-performing technology team. Responsibilities include developing and executing an enterprise-wide technology roadmap, championing the use of data as a strategic asset, and maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture. The CIO will also be responsible for technology operations, partnerships, and ensuring that major technology initiatives deliver the intended business outcomes. The ideal CIO for the company will have over 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in information technology, with a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise technology strategies. A strong understanding of modern cloud and SaaS environments, as well as experience in technology modernization and digital transformation, is essential. The role requires a leader with comprehensive expertise in ERP solutions, strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, and experience in managing technology vendors and investments. The candidate should be adept at balancing innovation with operational stability, security, and risk, and must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with senior executives and Boards of Directors. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and exposure to AI strategy and governance is strongly preferred. The successful CIO will be a strategic, curious, and collaborative leader, capable of challenging the status quo and driving the organization towards a smarter, faster, and more secure future.
