You will work closely with project teams to solve complex go-to-market challenges and contribute directly to client deliverables.The Business Analyst career track includes promotion to Associate Consultant to Management Consultant and beyond for individuals looking to develop a rewarding, long-term career in consulting with Alexander Group.Responsibilities:Analyze and prepare client data to support project objectivesConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify insights and performance gapsBuild models to evaluate business scenarios and inform recommendationsSupport client interviews, research and data collection effortsDevelop clear, client-ready slides and materialsContribute to problem-solving, hypothesis development and solution designSupport day-to-day project execution, including tracking deliverables and timelinesCommunicate findings to team members and client stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or related fieldStrong academic and professional track record0–3 years of relevant experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsTechnical & Analytical Skills:Familiarity with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plusInterest in applying data and technology to business and go-to-market challengesExposure to AI or analytics tools is helpful; ability to validate outputs and apply sound judgment is essentialAdditional Qualifications:Ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel (sometimes on short notice)EEO Employer.
