Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Portfolio Manager to work with our client. In this role, you will support the execution of our enterprise AI governance program. This role manages the intake, coordination, documentation, and tracking of AI initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and review processes for new AI initiatives
• Ensure complete and accurate submissions from requestors and vendors
• Prepare governance materials, summaries, and documentation for review committees
• Document risks, assumptions, and mitigation considerations
• Maintain the enterprise AI portfolio inventory and tracking metrics
• Support governance communications and reporting
• Track follow-ups and conditions for approved AI initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Data Science, Law, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in technology or AI governance, preferably in healthcare or academia
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work within established governance frameworks
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related)
• Experience supporting AI governance in healthcare environments
• Technical understanding of data and AI systems
