Project Manager

Full-time, Mid‑Senior Level We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for DonahueFavret Contractors, Inc. (DFC) with 5+ years of Commercial Construction experience. You possess strong people skills and work as a liaison to the subcontractor community. You have the ability to look beyond basic information and ask the right questions in order to oversee, manage and monitor every aspect of the project and the people associated with it from the time the project is turned over from estimating until the one‑year warranty has expired. Commercial Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities Work closely with the PMA, Superintendent, and any other DFC project staff as well as the Owner, design team and anyone else associated with the project. Collaborate and advocate for customers, empowering and informing them throughout a project. Provide innovative solutions to complex issues on a project‑by‑project basis and take ultimate responsibility in assuring each project is high quality, completed on time and within the budget. Qualifications Proven skills in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields gained through alternative routes such as on‑the‑job training, apprenticeships, military service, or equivalent experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture. 5+ years of hands‑on experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity, showcasing growth, adaptability, and leadership abilities. Advanced knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, advanced blueprint reading capability. Excellent mathematical skills, including application and use in problem‑solving. Training in business administration and accounting preferred. Experience with Medical Facilities, including Hospitals and Clinics, ground up and remodel a plus. Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in Primavera scheduling software, Autodesk PlanGrid, and Viewpoint software preferred but not necessary.
