Client Solutions: Create pitch books for clients with respect to financial solutions and participate in their presentation to clients. Portfolio Management: Directly manage a diverse portfolio of private and middle market companies, reviewing performance and progressing client responsibility. Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including client visits, business model analysis, and reviewing industry trends and related regulations. Financial Analysis: Create and update financial models to analyze client portfolios, anticipate client needs, and identify opportunities for diversification and cross‑selling. The Must‑Haves Background: An undergraduate degree with academic coursework in finance, economics, or accounting, demonstrating outstanding academic achievement. Experience: Typically 4‑6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of investment banking or valuation experience at a financial analyst level. Skills: Exceptional quantitative analytics, financial modeling, and credit analysis skills, complemented by in-depth verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
