Job Description:

As the Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives. Proven track record of leadership and management experience in engineering, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and deliver innovative solutions.

Deep technical expertise in aerospace engineering principles, including aircraft systems, propulsion systems, avionics, and materials science.

Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex engineering projects from concept to completion, on time and within budget.
