Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of best practices for pediatric and school-based therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to efficiently manage varied caseloads
• Collaborative approach to working with staff, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s educational goals
• Deliver direct therapy services within classrooms and therapy spaces
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting for each student
• Consult with teachers, families, and other therapists to ensure integration of therapy recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans as needed
• Stay current with school-based therapy standards and ongoing professional development
